Physical Fitness Programmes
Our phyiscal fitness programmes offer a wealth of positive benefits to overall health and fitness level. Participation in proper strength and conditioning workouts will enable children to enhance coordination and peripheral skills, increase mobility, even out muscle imbalances, promote better posture, stabilise joints, learn new movement patterns, and so much more. Through our programmes, our coaches will equip students with the knowledge and skills (e.g., correct posture and form) to perform the fitness routine.
